I personally don't play anarchy gaige. I just chain discord and use my hail to wreck some face. I go through the air strike skill in ordered chaos, then all the way through LBT, and the rest of my points go in BFF. Yes its pretty hard to endgame gaige without anarchy because she has little DPS without it. But its actually pretty well balanced for most set ups. Just don't sham fleet.
