Since there are so many issues with BO2 but the symptoms are all the same. There are many fixes available but are scattered across multiple places. I'm hoping to compile all known fixes so people aren't digging around blindly. 2, make sure your IP address isn't changing. Most providers use DHCP which has a revolving IP. BO 2 doesn't like your IP changing due to how they use nat and are using peer to peer connection. To fix a issue like this, go into your router and put your IP address in the DHCP reservation list or you could use a static IP address.
