Hello, I recently started a Rogue/Ranger Horizon walker build. while everything may not translate perfectly I'll give my best advice. Paralyzing arrows is to unreliable to use and even if you try to build towards it with Enchantment DCs it won't make to much a difference at higher levels.

Horizon walker looks cool to me, and i don't really care much about having the most optimized character ever, i just wanted to know If I'm just making an overall bad character. I'll pick a class with 35ft speed, get optional feature of ranger to get canny to get +5ft, and also want to get mobile feat at level 4, which is +10ft.As for Horizon Walker: I need to state that I know this is probably actually a really good tree for DPSing raid bosses thanks to its capacity to reduce enemy defenses and to build up archer's focus faster, but I'm not doing that, a lot of DDO players aren't. a lot of us are in the hamster wheel.
