If you don't care about ammo cost just run it primed. You get more per craft with ult 45 anyway. Speaking strictly from damage standpoint, meaning not factoring the cost to make ammo, you should, but you can run a powerful automatic and get nearly the same result. But the handmade have better handling and more damage with its weapon upgrades. So if you want to aimbot all the time, then the fixer is for you.
