However, the star core in the junkyard respawns so you can collect that one to get the PA earlier than expected. You can glitch through the glass to get the quantum armor by getting out of your power armor against it.

Follow that quest. Save galactic zone and safari adventure for as they are a bitch to do. You don't even need to kill the robots. All you need to do in order to secure Galactic Zone is to obtain 20 Star Cores. I tried it on a stealth character, managed to kill less than five robots (not including turrets).
